We got Powell, he looks very good. Not sure he has point skills but he can score. Looks like he will give us much needed outside shooing.

Do we have a shot at Taurean Thompson? Sounds like we are in his top 2. If we get him we will have a legitimate shot blocker for the first time since I cant even remember. Dalembert or Griffin.

What other kids are we legitimately in the running for.

I like every kid in the rotation except for Gordon and Anderson.

Gordon has contributed very nicely to date. Let's also give Anderson the chance to get some time on the court and see what he can contribute before we pass judgment. Not everyone can be a Whitehead. Frank

In today's world of college basketball we see a growing proliferation of kids transferring and a growth in the number of seniors with one year of eligibility remaining transfer as well. That trend makes it difficult to predict how many ships a team will have and schools have to continue to recruit even though they may not have any ships left to offer but some could open up if players leave via transfer or opt to go pro. It becomes a balancing act for the coach and the staff.

Glad to know you don't like Anderson and Gordon. As Frank alluded to, Anderson has missed the last two years with a neck injury, maybe give him a few games to get back into basketball game shape, both mentally and physically. Also, Gordon has done everything he was expected to do. Calming influence, good defense, good ballhandling, tough drives to the lane. Aside from a couple of poor mistakes (not rebounding vs. LBS, two missed ft's also vs. LBS), he has done everything expected of him.

Gordon is much better than he's shown so far. Judging a players ability after 5 games is ludicrous.

warners0. Gordon isn't on the team in 2016-17 anyway.

Gordon is giving us almost the exact same #s he gave Umass last year. Very valuable to this team as the 3rd and final guard.

Anderson, probably a better filler of 5 minutes than R. Anthony.

I think Gordon has been fine. He has had ups and downs, but I don't see him enter a game and say Oh No. And he usually contributes on at least one end of the floor.

You'll really start to like him once you see Gordon start draining some of the easy shots he's been missing lately.

Gordon's been fine and is a plus for the team. Before Anderson set a foot on campus people were conceding a starting position to him and in the early part of the pre-season that was the general consensus of many here. I think Anderson's progress to date has been impacted by the serious injury he had in an automobile accident and the time demands made on him by being a first year law student . I think those limiting factors result in Anderson being a 5 to 8 minute player a game.

It is too bad that Anthony didn't transfer at the end of last year to a school more suited to his abilities. As he did not, I don't think he will leave after his junior year.

We made a big to-do about Anderson coming, but his numbers were woeful. Maybe some thought law school would make him a better performer.
