I know there was a thread a few weeks ago and soneone mentioned us playing Mich but I couldnt find it and dont think my question was mentioned. What if we were matched up with UConn? I think that would be fun with the stuff from last year. Any other games that could be interesting?

As close to South Orange as possible. Our fans deserve to have a location they can get to and enjoy this "once in a lifetime" opportunity. LOL.

More interested in destination.

If Nova gets a 1 seed, maybe even a two seed, they'll stay in the east pushing the Hall most likely to another area.

You never know. Let's say four teams from the BE get in - they could distribute those teams to other regions but there is a distinct possibility to have 2 BE teams in one region as well. More and more the NCAA has been mindful of keeping teams closer to home in the early rounds. Let's just keep winning.

The committee likes to play games. I have little doubt they'd match us up with Uconn/Syracuse/Pitt if the seeding made sense. I forget which coach it was last year, that complained about the committee setting up games between teams that had common threads.

Well Brooklyn and Providence are two close sites to us so maybe we can be at either spot. Good point about Nova Dan, I didnt think of that.

Good. I want Cuse or Uconn especially. Two teams with coaches who said they "weren't interested" in continuing to play us because it doesn't do anything for them. They are also bubble teams who can absolutely be beaten and don't scare me. In fact, few of the 7-9 seeds scare me.

Baylor
South Carolina
Cal
Colorado
St. Joes
Florida

These aren't powerhouses this year. We have just as much a shot of winning as any of these teams.

Brooklyn, Providence, and Raleigh are closest locations.Philly hosts eastern regional.
Brooklyn 7,8,9,10 seeds (East region)
Providence 6,6,11,11 seeds (East and Midwest regions)
Raleigh 7,8,9,10 (West and South Regions)

They wouldn't allow us to meet in the first or 2nd round but I think they can put us in the same region.
ie. Nova gets a 1 seed they could potentially put us in brooklyn as a 7 or 10 seed or if they get a 2 seed they put us in brooklyn as a 8 or 9 seed.

If we play UCONN you better believe the game will turn into an epic, or horrendous 1v1 battle between IW and Gibbs. Most of our players would be seething for the win on a personal level. Their players wouldnt. I'll take uconn.

How bout DG shuts Gibbs down an frustrates the shit out of him?

We're a better team than Uconn this season-- watch their games.

I'm fine with playing UConn as long as it's not in Brooklyn or Providence. Only team from that bubble list above that i want no part of is Baylor. We have no answer for them inside & they are even more athletic than we are. Colorado is big too but they aren't scary.

They actually wouldn't have a huge height advantage. Gathers vs. Delgado. Their offensive is tight, but their D isn't on our level. It would probably come down to whether their D can stop us and whether our offense is clicking.
