If you won the Powerball

I would endow an institutional financial-aid fund. With the way tuition all across the country has exploded, and student debt has piled up, Seton Hall would become an even stronger draw to top high school students if they knew they could not only come and get a terrific education, but graduate relatively or entirely debt-free. Thing about the leverage that would create for the admissions office.

I would insist on hiring a new soccer personally. Coaching search done by me. I am convinced the athletic department has no clue.

I would make Snake Tom happy by giving the Mets $150 million to sign Cespedas or whomever Tom deems the best fit. Frank

I would put together my own slate of candidates who are pro-SH and spend whatever is necessary to take control of the Village Council .

I would endow Dan and Tom with all the resources they need and support the new medical school with an enormous contribution.I would also establish a grief clinic free of charge for ongoing counseling for Pirate basketball addicts.

I'd research and buy a property somewhere close to campus and near a highway that could be used as an SHU sports campus. Then the school could plan and build the site to include a 7,500 person arena for bball and volleyball and swimming, locker rooms and athletic training facilities etc. A second sports focused campus. Preferably not in South Orange but one of the neighboring towns off either Rt 280 or Rt 78.

Related...saw a stat last night that 70% of big lottery winners end up bankrupt.

That would be mind boggling with this kind of prize. You could blow half of your winnings (after taxes), right off the bat, and live very well off the interest on the other half from a low yield savings account.

Buy Ivy Hill apts and park and turn into an athletic complex. Understanding that bith willard and lyons find employment elsewhere.

I didn't stop sending money to Seton Hall because I couldn't afford it. I stopped because I had no confidence in the decision makers. Until that changed, I wouldn't send anything else even if I had a lot more sitting around than I do now.

I'd buy up Ivy Hill park, Ivy Hill apartments and the houses on Ward and Wilden. Create the best athletics complex and fields and create a Greek row. We'd reinstate football. I'd buy the houses near campus and house Seton Hall friendly people in them, get rid of the rubbish that resents the university.
