This is fantastic. This is a huge accomplishment for Biden. infrastructure has been ignored for far too long. However, it seems that not enough is going to upgrade the electrical grid.
The cost of borrowing is very low. There is not better spending that infrastructure which will demand a lot of good paying jobs and have secondary and tertiary jobs.
