Moderna is one of many pharmas that did vaccine study/research/trial....all of this is rooted from the CARES Act
I am not gonna credit/discredit Trump for showing some type of logic empathy plan when his last 6 months in office has been toddler like

Sami I don’t hate NY shore guy or anyone else on this board.I was simply listing things I felt did that were good.Trump is an extremely flawed person, but has done some good things.One of them is too not tolerate bad actions like Assad gassing his people.Remember Obama said there was a red line that if Assad crossed it there would be serious consequences.When Assad did Obama said he strongly condemned it wow what a serious consequence.I don’t have to like a president to give him credit for his achievements.Too many democrats hate Trump so much they cannot acknowledge any good things he has done.The Trump vaccine comment was a delebrate comment somewhat tongue in cheek to have some fun and elicit a response sorry that wasn’t clear.I can strongly disagree with a person without hating them.

* If you don't think China is the most existential threat to our country and most responsible for the 300K deaths, then you aren't paying attention; but keep buying your Nike products.
* If just underscores how inept and dangerous most politicians are; either weaponizing the virus for their own agenda or by having their eye completely off the ball (interesting read during the impeachment hearings....).
* Fauci does not come off as very credible, shifting in the wind and being wrong quite a bit.
Catholic Church has mandatory retirement at age 75 for priests ,bishops ,and cardinals.Maybe government should consider for senior scientists, Fauci is 78 ,but so is Biden so I guess that won’t work.A joke that pols like Feinstein stay on long past the time when their mental acuity has deteriorated.
Hi @ed odowd. I think you're spot on! Just want to correct one thing. Dr. Tony Fauci is 80! His 80th birthday was on Christmas Eve. Washington DC declared December 24, 2020 to be "Anthony Fauci Day".

Probably continuity of government, but that should only be for those in the presidential line of succession. Ordinary members of Congress should not be able to cut the line.
