Isaiah great today at the point

IMHO, IW was a very big factor in this lopsided win today because he got everyone involved in the game...and he did this all throughout the game. I can't believe no one has yet to remark about it. He should now realize that he can be most effective if he leads the offense with the type of play he showed today. Its all about leadership and involving others. This was a great game for him. He made everyone better.

Willard seemed to have some strong words to him about half way through the second half. If I read lips correctly it was for not hitting someone who "was open." Good game by IW, but looking forward to the continual improvement. IW wanted to come to SHU to resurrect the program. He is well on his way if he can keep his focus.

Yes, i saw that too. I am happy coach Willard is bearing down on Isaiah. He did that with Jordan Theodore and turned him into an excellent point.

I thought IW played very well.

Better shot selection and uses his talent to create open shots for his teammates.
He still played with his flare but was more under control and didn't try to do to much.
I thought he played well on defense also.

I was only able to see the last 5 to 7 minutes of the game on tv, as I was saying some afternoon Masses. However, I am thrilled to hear about Whitehead's performance today. Keep up the great work Isaiah!

Whitehead can be a monster on D... And he was for the most part on Sunday.

He also passed up some 3s for some shorter jumpers or passes to continue the offense.

KC & IW are also making an effort to get Angel and Mike the ball down low.

Up over 20 points with game in hand. Isaiah dives for a loose ball. ...to me that's a quality I like to see in a super star.
