guy is just doing a little of everything besides hitting 3s. Really reads things well on defense, gets after it on the boards. As he continues to improve he's going to be a very solid player for us.

My buddy Section112 called Ish "the secret weapon". Right on good buddy!

Big ish fan but felt when he was guarding the guards today they got by him fairly easily and scored. With that said he had quite a few steals, boards and a block or two

Fair. I would only counter that he looks to be learning and extending himself game over game.

Bentil is better, for sure, but he was a pretty good player last year - at least I recall him that way. Sonogo was a total non-entity, hardly belonged on the court. This year, he makes a big difference.
Bentil had a solid freshman year but he's a legit First Team All BE player right now. He's a big reason why Providence is a borderline top 10 this year.

Ish has been great but Bentil's improvement is insane.

He was playing on an injured ankle. I think Ish was half a step slower today, but still put in a great performance.

Ish was hurt and didn't practice leading up to the game. He manned up in the presser saying he was OK and didn't want to make excuses. But clearly he wasn't 100%.

Ish should be the first one on line to give Desi the "don't ever do that again" beating....Ish stepped up and had to take Desi's minutes while hurting.

Actually Pete I think it was more Singh and eventually Willard playing three guards.

I personally would have gone more with the three guards because Singh really struggled in the game but I understand Willard wanting to get the freshmen quality minutes because we're going to need his shooting from the arc the rest of the season.

Wow. Did not know that

For as good as defense he played against Ellenson, he struggled today on Henry & when he would switch on Garrett. Could tell he wasn't 100% but gutsy performance by him
