Yesterday I was invited to tour the Practice Facility and to watch approximately 1 hour of practice. Much of it 5 on 5.
I will now post info on both. Please know regarding the practice I will not disparage any player for poor play. I do that and it will be the last practice I attend.
Sure I saw a lot of good and some bad, but regarding the bad you'll have to read between the lines.
Also, below please understand we are talking less than 60 minutes in one particular workout so some of the info will not ring true as the season progresses.
