Powell with too many issues. Would have thought Walker too but seems to have corralled them.

Three years ago would you have predicted Walker would sign a one year NBA contract before Powell?
This tweet is from before summer league. He was likely an exhibit 10 deal so that the Mavs can hold his rights
Powell had a 2 way contract with the sixers. The 2 way is above the exhibit 10 that Walker was signed to.
Not to mention Powells played in an NBA game and just made 7 figures overseas, but sure Walker is doing better after a few summer league games.

I presume whatever Walker signed is a make-good deal as they already have their two-way contracts accounted for. I think it's likely he'll be playing for the Mavs' G League team in Frisco, TX.
