Should we be suddenly concerned about the unexpected run by Syra to the Final Four, in our quest to secure Taurean? They have had an impressive run to this point, and this can't hurt their chances to convert him to their cause.
Failing Taurean, I like Moustapha Diagne from Pope John for us [I have brought this up before a while back, and someone intimated negativity towards the young man, what that is I cannot fathom]; what I do know is that he attended the Wichita game with a pal of mine [on Shaheen's invitation], loved it, loved Shaheen, he's 6'9, bounds and defends, just what we need down low.
On the PG front, the ? becomes, does Seton have an interest in Akbar Hoffman, Hutchinson, Kan. CC G, Newark East Side grad[same yr as Ish], JC Champs, 16+ ppg, supposedly an efficient scorer, probably a competent PG replacement for Isaiah-and it seems as if Akbar would like to rejoin his HS teammate on the hardwood at Seton Hall-
