a really nice HS game between Arch. Molloy and LI Lutheran. Lutheran won by 10.
Here's what our guys need to know about the proceedings: hey, I just can't believe the amt of talent I saw in this game!
Here's the deal; LILuth has this guy Gallipoli who is a real player[6'9 and hit from 3 consistently]; had a guy named Andre Corbella who was a real quality, gutsy, dog type player who really fits the Seton Hall mold; a G named Etienne who has skills. Any of these players would be an upgrade for us.
Now, Molloy-Greg Anthony's son is a superstar[it stands to reason that we can forget any chance at him],
Khalid Moore, certainly a familiar name to us, was very good in the 2nd half, but is just a horrific FT shooter. The giant[7'2], Moses Brown, he's OK, no great shakes.
Now, onto Game 2, HC vs. Cardinal Hayes. I get the sense that our personal interest would be with the Hayes G's, they seem to have some really nice players there[and guys that we can convert as rec ruits]
One more thing-Pope John up here suddenly has a 6'10 C named Marcus Thomas, from suburban Philly, playing here; certainly a potential Seton target
