Nice get. A lot of potential. Willard's teams shoot the 3 a lot. Hopefully Richmond spends a lot of time working on his shot and the coaches have a plan to make that part of his game much improved.
Wow... even though I don't trust Zags when he is breaking news, this would certainly be a missing piece. Does Whitehead get the assist?
I can't read the full story, but he's got quotes from Richmond about why he chose the Hall, so I think you can bank it.

Solid piece, but the missing piece is another 3 point shooter. Richmond 7-21 on the season doesn't strike me as the missing piece, but he's a great athlete. If he could do a little better job than TT (never miss an opportunity to give TT some love) picking up Willard's defense, Richmond will be a big help.
Like I said the other day I am absolutely loving this free agency and transfer as it can only help us !

You have to think well be playing alot of smaller lineups. There is a logjam at 1-3
Kadary Richmond could not be a better fit. Big, physical, downhill guard who loves defending and is as gritty as they come. This is AWESOME.
Harris was the best 3pt shooter in the country last year and our 3 incoming frosh are scorers. Not to mention Rhoden and Samuels. The one thing we have not had is a playmaker.
KW said put some respect on his name. Everyone complained about not having a PG, now we potentially have 4 in Conway Long Harris and Kadary. Good problem to have. Everyone has all spring/summer to get in the gym and earn your spot. The best players will play.

Only have to look at Baylor and how it went for them to have that many ball handling guards on the roster
Now we need to add a quality big to what has been a very good off season in adding talent to the roster.
Baylor seemed to do well with all their guards last night!!
With Harris, Conway, and Long already on the roster, another 3 point shooter is a game changer. You never see Nova with one guy they can rely on for shooting from range. Another shooter is the missing piece. This is a great pickup but the same hole remains to me.
this is huge news...where are all the naysayers that were saying we weren't going to be a tournament team next year?

I would argue that another dribble driver to the basket is what is really needed.

Seton Hall can go small and athletic and pressure full-court with the depth at the 1-4.
