his message seems to be that people were not realizing that a large part of essential workers were minorities. that was pretty clear. he was also saying it from the gen pop pov.

yea but thats why all this stuff is taen with a grain of salt, like this.
and tbh, if its quoting the opposition trump it probably is as bad as it looks half the time. guy has a book of tweets alone that are mind boggling.
Where did anyone say minorities were not part of essential workers? Minorities are doctors, nurses, lawyers, grocery store workers, delivery providers, etc. They along with white people did a great job helping as many as they could.
Not at all. He mentioned them as low wage workers. Did not acknowledge their value in higher end jobs. Had a republican done the same, people would be saying they only see minorities as low level employees.
I don't disagree it was worded poorly, but that's not correct.

There isn't much wrong with it. It was poorly stated, but I know what he was trying to say.
However, if Donald Trump said the same thing in the very same way, there would be a national uproar. Therein lies the problem with our political discourse and bias in media.
because trump says things that arent misinterpreted and are horrible. he does it to himself. get off twitter to start.
People want to believe Trump is always a douche because he has a history of being crude. At the same time Joe Biden who in his past has eulogized Robert Byrd, created laws that hurt many African Americans is a 1st class human being who always means well and always stood for equality. Clearly you didn't get the memo. LOL
