Prudential is selling their Roseland campus (45+ acres). The price tag would be enormous but it's an interesting opportunity. Only 8 miles away and 2 or 3 exits down Rt. 280. One would think there are only so many opportunities to grab land within shouting distance of campus.
Corporate offices are going to be closing left and right in the immediate future, would be interesting to see if the school views this as an opportunity to solve some of their land issues.
