Again the attendance was very disappointing. The crowd was announced at 1215. To their credit they were very loud throughout the exhibition maybe reaching a crescendo in the last few minutes when walkons Flory and Reynolds came off the bench to join Walker and started to cause havoc all over the court with their hustle and determination.
The starters for the Hall were Delgado (21 mins), Mamukelashvili (24 mins), Rodriquez (21 mins), Gordon (18 mins) and Carrington (23 mins).
Powell and Sanogo sat out the contest for team violations. Willard noted in the post game the violations were minor and that both players will be available for Friday's opener against FDU.
The game was a mismatch nearly from the opening tip after LIU Post hit two early threes taking a 6-4 lead. The Hall then put the game away with various offensive spurts and stifling defense to take a 22 point halftime lead at 40-18.
