Yes and North Carolina is such a good citizen sending their players to fake classes (African Studies) and letting them slide FOR YEARS on purpose and then fighting their sentence from the NCAA and winning due to a technicality. This is the pot calling the kettle black.
Sad story for Tez, but the NCAA has to hold the line on 2-time transfers or things will continue to be completely out of hand. Exceptions lead to more exceptions etc. Not the NCAAs fault 100% either how his story played out. The schools are the ones that agreed to the policy.

I'm no Mack Brown fan and I love seeing phoney UNC get screwed, but this kid had a pretty good case and really shouldn't have been denied eligibility.
