It was nice to hear Marv at MSG. Like old times.
Even nicer to see the Knicks in playoff games finally. Great job by Thibs and the FO in Year 1 of the new regime with a team that’s basically comprised of nice complementary players. Even RJ may be a 6th Man on a title contender. But they got everything they could out of that team. They DESPERATELY need to upgrade their backcourt and find some difference-making guard play.
Too bad Powell couldn’t have stuck with them.
