Watched his game yesterday against Hargrave Military where his Orangeville Prep team got absolutely smoked.
It sure wasn't his day yesterday, he wasn't very good. He ended up with 21 points but most were after the game was way out of hand on uncontested dunks and drives. Didn't attempt a shot from any more than one foot from the basket although I missed the first 2 minutes of game action. Did have a couple nice moves and appears he has a decent basketball IQ. Didn't do much defensively except foul.
He's thin, needs muscle.
Based on yesterday and the one other time I saw him, he looks like he'll be a decent player but not quite as good yet as hyped. Probably should be in that same range as Seton Hall's other 2020 recruits, nice pieces to work with, don't expect too much early on.
Hargrave has some real talent, Corey Walker going to Kentucky was good but the stars were 2020 guards KD Johnson (Georgia signee) and Mark Sears, ranked no. 197 by 247 with only low/mid major offers to date.
