Jimmy Carter's grandson has shared that his grandfather is nearing the end of his days. President Carter made sure that we can rest in the shade of the trees he planted, and may he have rest eternal when it is his time. God bless this good man.

Agreed, Halldan. Jimmy Carter lived a whole another lifetime after his presidency (40+ years) and for me was the face of Habitat for Humanity. God bless him and his family.

People may or may not agree with Carter’s politics but you cannot deny that he is a good man who cares about others. Like HallBerry, you can’t think about Habitat for Humanity and not think about Jimmy Carter and all he did for the organization. God bless him and his family.
