It looks like Trump is going to eke out PA, NC and GA. Also looks like Biden will eke out Arizona, and if he gets Nevada (89% counted finally), he will win, 270-265.
Amazing race, I'll never make a dime handicapping elections, that's for sure -- I thought Biden was going to win in a landslide, and carry the Senate with him.

Without Googling, I don't know anything about the political climate of NV, maybe @Vegas pj or @vegaspaul82 can give a history lesson?

These trends are sort of what they predicted in terms of late pushes. its also not entirely impossible for biden to take pa, az, nv, AND ga... would be the ultimate garbage time score that vegas seems to account for so brilliantly.

Clark county is similar to greater phoenix area in last 6 to 10 years, lots of SSLA immigrants from mexico and central america, different latino makeup than those that are in southeast were many are cuban or venezueulan

Tons of California residents have moved to Nevada to escape the ridiculous high tax environment and high cost of living. Estimates say that over 25% of the population is from Cali recently. It is bringing a more liberal bent to Nevada in certain places. But its the Cali taxes and costs of living driving them out. Changing the political climate significantly there.

Also greater vegas area has had a resnassiance since the awful deep recession and housing forclosure crisis 12 years back.

Flee from California only to vote Nevada into a hotter, drier version of California.

True, but the latest updates have the states MUCH further along in the counts now, like GA and NC are 99% counted, and Trump still leads.

I've always wondered if the Democrats' grand plan is to brainwash voters into supporting liberal policies but then drive people out of high tax/big government states and into more conservative states, thereby swaying the electorate back to them. Think Californians to Nevada, Arizona and Texas. New Yorkers and New Jerseyans to Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. Divide and conquer. It's actually a brilliant idea, but requires decades of patience.

Florida is a topsy turvy state. How about all the blue in the south that went red for decades and generations?
