OT: What is up with North Jersey Cops?

yes i realize thats an unfair headline, im sure there are many good/brave men and women serving us but this is a bit crazy. crazy that this video was found for a different investigation into drug dealing.

seems like these guys will get the minimum sentence. feel like those that have power and should know the law like the back of their hand should be held to a higher standard, not letting them off easy

Bad cops exist for sure. Some towns just sort of breed bad cops like Patterson and Edison. But, these are big departments and 95% of the cops in even these departments would never do such things. But, the bad ones always get the press.

Hopefully body worn cameras will reduce these types of issues.
