Wow supporting someone who hurled a racial slur at an officer?

Keep being you
No the language is wrong of course but your comment with mental issues is equally bad. Mental wellness is a real thing its not just a thing from the last few months or years and how you are in this thread is exactly why people are ashamed to get help when needed...ha look over there its a mental

Pointing out that someone has mental issues isn't a crime. These are the people leading the "revolution". They truly need help, but they shouldn't be roaming the streets inciting anarchy and hurling slurs at the officer. It's almost like the movie Joker, the crazies becoming hero's to the other nuts.

There is a "disease" or diagnosis for everything these days. Just come to the doctor, pay us and we'll get you on some pills to keep big pharma going!

Also FYI I've battled anxiety for a few years, it's greatly increased the difficulty of being in sales. But pointing out when someone has mental issues isnt remotely on the level of calling someone a racial slur. I know you didn't link the video because it's the "Peaceful" protester calling a cop, a black one, a slur.

Living your life on pills is no way to live life. We need to get Americans to live healthier and stop dependence on pills.

You're not wrong. I understand people have different levels of anxiety, and its a truly awful feeling but there are other options to fight it. I've found exercising daily, even if it's working up a good sweat for 20 minutes greatly helps, especially if you get in a routine the endorphins build for months and help you get right. Eating a healthy diet especially Omega 3 fish aid the brain as well. I try to eat Salmon 2x per week for that reason. I believe Xanax and other pills make you more dependant and anxious in the situations that trigger you.

For those looking for an alternative, the amino acid L Theanine which is only found in mushrooms and green tea leaves has been found to have as good effects as Xanax on people's anxiety.

Life isn't easy, and I don't think there is a quick fix for anxiety issues, but if you focus on your health it goes a long way.

There are always natural remedies. You are right, pills make you more dependent. It's by design to increase sales.

I am sorry you have had anxiety issues. I realize the torment that is involved with it. I wish you continued success in dealing with it.

I guess these are considered peaceful?

That protester has some serious mental problems.

Getting back to the original post. This is the tragedy of liberalism and the elitists who practice it. They believe people who don't have their fancy degrees and work blue collar jobs are less than them and don't know anything.

It's also amazing how these kooks can't utter a sentence without an expletive. Talk about unhinged and uneducated...

I describe myself as a liberal. While I do have an undergrad and graduate degree from Seton Hall, I do not believe that those in blue collar jobs are less than I am.

You may not, but many of them do. Especially those with the loudest voices and thirst for attention.

Protests have been part of history and typically, and I've participated in a few over my lifetime. The ones that have created change, have had a clearly defined objective (i.e. stop the war, etc.). These protests are missing that and it is also intentional in many ways, because if you can't define the problem and the solutions that you want.....all of these protests are all about antagonizing rather than having a realistic ask (defunding the police is not a valid ask...even Biden thinks it isn't).

I look at these issues as local ones...policing and discrimination. There are communities that work together and have very few issues with either. There are communities, most, where the protests and riots are occurring that it's obvious that they have done a poor job of addressing it.

At the end of the day, those with the vast majority of wealth and those that own the guns, will win (and I'm not in either group). They always do.
