Peer Reviewed Study- Hydroxychloroquine lowers COVID Death Rate

See below link. Now a peer review study has found that hydroxychloroquine has been linked to decrease in death rates of covid-19 patients. Very interesting since the media has now been criticizing the President for weeks now for promoting this drug.
