PirateCrew Donate Day?

Hello all,

Just curious if we are doing the piratecrew donate day like we did the last few years? I had a blast at the scrimmages and actually won a jacket last year.

If not, any reason to it? I am sure it took a lightyear (I know it's a measure of distance) of Dan's time but thought it was a good cause too.

It's not happening due to the tenor of the board and the fact it probably wouldn't yield enough donations to be worth Dan's time.

I believe Dan said in another thread that there WILL NOT be a PirateCrew donation challenge this summer.

Thanks. Haven't been on the board much after the season and didn't see anything about it. Hopefully we can do it next year.
