Gibbs and Delgado playing really well for a lot of the season is tough to top but they both can certainly get better esp with professional hoops for both after next year. Whitehead is an easy candidate for most improved bc he is oozing with talent and didn't play as well. i can see Carrington and a Desi making huge leaps as well with both getting a lot more playing time. Who you got?

I went with Desi Rodriguez. Really like that kid's game and the upside of extrapolating it over starter's minutes. I think he can improve to play at that level of minutes.

He's all around the rim and he has enough strength, athleticism, and skill to succeed as a bit of an undersized-PF. He had some trouble finishing this year, but I think it came from rushing as a freshmen. That will solve itself with maturity, IMO.

He was highly productive in his minutes; 5.8 PPG, 4.8 RPG in just 16.1 MPG in our 19 Big East games (including BET). He also pulled down 37 offensive rebounds in 320 minutes. That's 3 more than Mobley, who played 148 more minutes.

With Desi's improvement we become a much more efficient offense. Well, assuming he doesn't pull a Jeff Robinson on us, LOL!!!

Really like the look of Desi and Delgado up front next year. Need to develop/find adequate depth behind them from the mix of Nzei, Carter, Anthony, and Ajou. Don't think Singh is a frontcourt player He's a wing.

I hope it is Whitehead. He needs to step up and put the hype away and play at the level we are all hoping for. No turnovers, hitting threes consistently, good judgement to go along with that high BB IQ. he is supposed to be our star and he needs to show it. I think he will get better, but I don't think it will be enough for him to be a two and done, which is hopefully good news for us. Now only if the most improved could be Willard. That would be the real trick.

I voted for Carrington. But who really knows.

Our men have a tough time improving.

It's something I don't understand. Tony B's girls go from raw material to starters ( Chizzy) , develop new shots ( Janee) ,and improve their court smarts ( Didi, Kat) with each season and through each season.

The players don't improve because the coach doesn't coach.

This is exactly my reasoning too. But I am legitimately scared of the Jeff Robinson situation... happened to Mobley too. Willard is just a goddamn novice and has no iea what hes doing. Desi has already taken too many 3s for my liking. Increased playing time might mean increased 3s. Willard has proven he doesnt do away with bad habits.

Its why I agree with SHUPat too. Our players will probably improve a bit each year. This is because they get older and still have a mind of their own and another year of experience under their belt. I am confident they are improving at a rate MUCH slower than literally any other coach. If Whitehead doesnt get drafted next year its game over. Everyone will look at Willard as a man who stunts growth. If they want to go to the next level go somewhere else. JRob and Mobley didnt play inside the 3 pt line, Fu never learned to dribble, Teague never stopped that extra power dribble. Auda never went right, etc.

I was also thinking about Carrington as I believe he will continue being aggressive without turning the ball over so much when he drives.

I voted for Delgado. I would hope we'll see much improved defense from him and a growing offensive game. He had a great freshman year and I think he can turn into a star for this team.

I would hope it's not Sterling as he was already our best player last year. I'm hoping for some offensive improvement from Delgado but ultimately hope Isaiah is our most improved player. He clearly has more talent than anyone else on our roster. If he can showcase that talent consistently, he will easily be our most improved player.
