Being that we are likely locked into a 7-9 seed I thought it would be interesting to discuss potential match-ups and what would be the most preferable pod. The 1's and 2's are based on Bracket Matrix as of Sunday night. I assigned locations based on selection committee logic/principles.
If we are 8/9:
1) Gonzaga - Portland (west region - san fran)
1) Baylor - Fort Worth (south region - san antonio)
1) Arizona - San Diego (mid west region - chicago)
1) Auburn - Greenville (east region - philly)
If we are 7:
2) Kansas - Fort Worth (mid west region - chicago)
2) Kentucky - Indianapolis (east region - philly)
2) Duke - Greenville (south region - san antonio)
2) Wisconsin - Milwaukee (west region - san fran)
Pick your poison but I think the best option would be Wisconsin in Milwaukee. Thoughts?
