A number of the allegations in the lawsuit are trash, from what I read. They make no sense. I don't know whether the stuff about the severity of the injury, who knew what, when, etc, is legitimate or not. Common sense tells me those allegations are BS too. That Powell is the one alleging it gives me some pause.
We will see whether this lingers or what type of attention it gets. But Powell is basically the face of our program recently and someone who I'm sure KW always touts when it comes to player development success and things of that sort. As I stated in another thread, every recruit who gets an offer from us seemingly posts a picture of Powell. So, yea, I think this is absolutely terrible from that standpoint.
