There's a thread on the Rutgers Rivals Board stating that SHU refused to open the upper tier of the Arena for last year's game. We had some threads about the decision but I can't remember what reasons caused the decision to not open upper deck. Was it a question of not enough advanced sales or a voluntary decision on the School's part?
