Block a shot that is on its way down is goaltending.
Block a shot on the way up is of course legal...and exciting to see.
But a shot blocked at its apex....is that goaltending or not? I don’t know how the actual rule reads. I have been assuming it’s a legal block because the ball is not on the way down. Maybe I am wrong.
