Given the attention that our board gives to grading our staff's performance and the grades attached to each individual recruit do you think it is better for our program to go after highest ranking one or two and done kids (5's) or four year quality kids? My preference is that we stay with the latter, especially since we now have a program that achieved solid status. And continuity of players helps build strong teams. Building a program around one/two and dones (for Seton Hall) may have sparked our revival (Whitehead), but is it the best way forward?
