Dan an others that know both Kevin and Sha well. We always questioned Kevin’s closing ability to a degree. Watching Sha on his interviews, strikes me as a guy whose passion, intensity and ability to connect shines through. Judging by some of the interactions posters are sharing about Kevin today, I sense that his ability to connect may not be perceived as sincere and may have been part of the problem. Can’t hide your spots. If resources, assistant’s ability to serve up players, etc. is equal, do you think Sha will eventually be a better recruiter?
