Do we have anyone committed besides Myles Powell and are we in play for anyone else? This is the time that we have to stack strong classes with several additional impact players, especially bigs. It doesn't seem like we have done it this past year although Nzei looks like he will be a contributor and I have not heard of us in play for any other big-time recruits. If the news regarding Jevon Thomas is true we might be down another man. KW needs to take advantage of our solid play and returning talent.

Powell is the only commitment. We are one of the top three for Taurean Thompson, a 6'10 kid who played at St Anthony and is now in a NE prep. We are at our scholarship limit with the addition of Powell and cannot take anyone else unless someone leaves.

I think our guard situation is now more tenuous with the twin story lines of increasing success and post-season chances combined with the JT incident. Would hate to see everything go really well this year and then find the cupboard almost bare.
