It was a fair question considering the last 4 years. The difference between her and her predecessors is that she wasn’t hired because of her ability to defend the president. (And to her credit, McEnany was very good at that task)
Her answer was solid. It’s now up to the press to push her when necessary. Obviously today would not be that day. We’ll see how it goes from here.
We know the questions and treatment will be very different. Solid, yes; “refreshing”; no.

Diversity is a priority for President Biden. You are drawing a negative conclusion on his commitment to diversity based on the singular data point of firing Jerome Adams. In my opinion you are trying to force a "gotcha" moment that really isn't there.
equality is different from equity. people use equality in place of equity these days. the goal isnt to have abc type of people in every position. its slowly ruining the nation. people will always be different and therefor equity is the opposite of equality. imo.

He literally hired a woman who believes there should be diversity in jobs like heart surgeons and pilots. I’m not going to be real comfortable getting on a plane or working with a heart surgeon who is there for a diversity quota. Give me the best whatever color they are.
