  • Picked to finish ninth out of 11 teams in the BIG EAST preseason poll, the Pirates are in sole possession of fourth place in the BIG EAST standings at 12-7.
  • Seton Hall can be seeded no lower than fourth at next week's BIG EAST Tournament at Madison Square Garden and it still has a chance to be seeded as high as third.
  • The Pirates' 66-56 win over Villanova on Wednesday night snapped an eight-game losing skid against the Wildcats and it marked their largest margin of victory in the series since 1998.
  • Seton Hall is 12-3 at Prudential Center this season and 7-2 against BIG EAST opponents.
  • The Pirates' seven BIG EAST wins at The Rock this season is tied with the 2018-19 Pirates for the most league victories since Prudential Center opened in 2007-08.

  • Richmond is tied for second in Division I with eight 20 pt/5 ast/5 reb games this season
  • Dre Davis is making a case for being the BIG EAST's Most Improved Player as he's gone from averaging 18.8 minutes and 9.6 points per game last season to 31.8 minutes and 14.4 points per game this season.
  • Davis is averaging 19.3 ppg and shooting 54 percent from the field over his last four games.
  • Jaden Bediako ranks second in the BIG EAST and seventh in Division I averaging 3.9 offensive rebounds per game.
  • After having 19 double-digit scoring games over four years at Santa Clara, Bediako has scored in double-figures 15 times this season.
  • The Pirates are 16-5 this season when Al-Amir Dawes scores in double figures and 7-2 when he's the team's leading scorer.
  • Dawes has made 143 threes in just two seasons, the 14th most in program history.
