I sure do, I see he’s 0-10 from 3 and 1-5 FT. Some things can change, and get worse!

the maddening play of DAW made me forget Femi, but he was just as maddening.
We'll always have that dunk against UConn at The Rock.
Very similar players, DAW probably just a better outside shooter.
We've had a lot of the same type of players under Sha: DAW, Femi, Ndefo, Aligbe, etc. By preference or budget constraints, IDK. Sha knows higher talent - look at his SHU teams with Willard - but being the head coach at St. Peter's and Seton Hall in NIL Era is bargain basement shopping.

Agreed, Sha can only speak his message Ndefo delivered it. He was never supposed to do as much as he did for that team, but the more talented players, like Richmond, didn't step up enough to be what was needed at the time. Ndefo was the bridge to get players to reach what they reached last year.
His value was in his attitude not his skill. 5 star chip with 3 star talent is a pretty good player.
I know there were a lot of people that did not like Femi, but i would have taken him back. He actually played very well when Richmond went down. We needed a backup pg last year. And he would probably be the best pg on our current team.
ndefo was a baller but he belongs in that group for being a non shooter outside of 6feet and bad foul shooter. DAW should be the best 3 pt shooter of bunch tho.
I Would love to know how that is formulated. As with all these analytic “stats” it brings me great skepticism
It's a stat that measures how well the team defense performs when a player is on the court vs when he is on the bench. It can be skewed by player groupings and has pros and cons like most statistical categories.
This says the Pirate defense is 5.9 points better (per 100 posessions) when DAW is on the floor.. Right behind him is Garwey at 5.6. Then you have Coleman at 4.5, Scotty 3.5, Chaunce 3.4, Toumi 2.7 & Tubek 2.7.
When you add in Offensive Box Plus/Minus to the defense, here are our NET leaders.

Kind of matches the eye test. One thing it spells in all CAPs is our bigs are terrible and that the player who is struggling the most is Aligbe. This stat would indicate we should be exploring Tubek more and Aligbe less and that Felton deserves a longer opportunity.

Far too many unknown variables for it to be taken seriously. Did the other team have their starters on the floor at the same time? What was the score? Time left in half? Did the person in question guard a good player or was somebody else responsible?
It’s clearly a team stat but is somehow given to an individual. Makes no sense.
