Rhode Island is playing well. This kind of reminds me of an NFL game where one team's strength is offense and the other team's strength is defense. Like Seahawks-Broncos last Super Bowl. Rhode Island is scoring pretty easily but Iona really plays zero defense so there is almost nothing to take from that end.

I saw most of the second half. I was happy to see our fellow alumnus get the victory.

I love Dan's team because they play hard. They hustle at all times. Dan's coaching is a combination of PJ, his father and Dan. The announcers mentioned several times how tough he is, yet his players love playing for him.

They played part of Dan's pre-game speech. It's amazing that he talks like and sounds exactly like his father. That's not as much the case with Bobby. With Dan you need an FBI voice analyst (or his mother) to distinguish the difference.

Good luck to Dan. I hope he wins the tournament.
