Nice little write up on Seton Hall, only team he has as a "Buy Plus"
Seton Hall: Buy plus
I don’t look for teams to rate a buy plus. They look for me. There are a lot of things to like about this team — Myles Powell most of all, obviously — but what I truly love is its mental toughness. That was apparent when the Pirates (10-4, No. 20 KenPom) beat Maryland at home not only without Powell (who was recovering from a concussion) but also without their third-leading scorer, 6-10 junior forward Sandro Mamukelashvili, who broke his wrist. The latter is due to return in about two to three weeks, and when he does, this team will be top-10 good. I also like that Powell has been more effective at playing off of his teammates lately instead of trying to win games by himself.
