The SHU Softball Team lost 5 of their last 6 and did not qualify for The BigEast Softball Tournament. Six of Nine teams advance and that's adisappointing ending to their campaign. They lost 3 one run games in final series at Creighton. So that's a step or two back for that program.
The Baseball Team has one series left, but with their loss to Gtown they also won't play in The BigEast Baseball Tournament. They actually played better as the season went on, but only Four teams qualify in Baseball {UConn, Creighton, Xavier and add SJU).
