Willard is a tough listen. Essentially he says the team didn't come out with intensity. They did not practice well the previous two days and they played like they practiced. It sounds like Willard cannot motivate his players and this has been a problem since he arrived.

The thought of dealing with all the same old same old Willard crap for the next 4 months is so
distasteful I've decided to take a break from basketball related issues. See you in April on completion of Willard's 7th year. Has it really been that long Pat? And if your not strong enough to do what is necessary, then abdicate your responsibilities to someone that is.
