Right, Biden’s old and makes a lot of mistakes (and has for decades) so that’s the joke… Fetterman is not even a possibility to be on the ticket, so it’s just - “who else can I add to this to make fun of Biden for sounding like he is brain dead?… oh the guy recovering from a stroke! Perfect”

Just a bit gross in my opinion.
