Strengths:
Green is a scoring guard who is athreat in all three ranges. He can make shots behind the arc with a quick and compact release, will attack close-outs to get to his pull-ups and plays in straight lines going to the rim with no wasted motion. He's built up his body to become much stronger playing through contact, finishes well with both hands around the rim and is very efficient attacking immediately off the catch.
Weaknesses:
Green could be described as more of an undersized wing than a true guard because he doesn't really handle the ball against pressure, although he does a nice job of advancing the ball up the floor with the pass. He has historically been a streaky and low percentage shooter from behind the arc and must learn to utilize his versatility to become more efficient when in attack mode. His athleticism tends to come out more in the open floor than a half-court set.
Bottom Line:
Green is a scorer who can put points on the board in a lot of different ways and while he has to improve his shooting percentages, he doesn't have much wasted motion in his game and attacks in ways which will largely translate to the next level.
