I understand the idea that Sha has some "things" he needs to work on before he becomes a BE HC, and - according to many I've spoken to - I believe one of those things is his public speaking, etc... But I personally love to hear him speak and how he communicates with people. Very down to earth and he really knows how to connect with people. Very disarming.
