The Political Spectrum

That is the political rectum.

The reality is most people are moderates and want to live in a safe country, educate their kids, save for retirment. But the MSM and political animals want to put everyone in one of two categories so they can make their point and get people like you to post this drivel. For instance, free speech is not a liberal value any more than it is a conservative value. Do you read what you post or do you just like to post stuff?

It's nonsense. Explain to me how everyone fits neatly into two boxes. That's the type of narrow and ignorant thinking that the MSM and guys like NYSG operate.

It's not about making a point, it's about making money. If people stop watching, they'll stop doing it. We all know that's not happening, so greater divide amongst us, more profits for them because this crap sells. Those of us in the middle 90% of the true spectrum get sucked into one side or the other. I need to stop watching. I put on 60 minutes and they said people watched the attack on the Michigan capital and believed they could do it in Washington. As if those same people didn't see CHOP, CHAZ, Minneapolis, etc. It's infuriating they could sell to the public that these people didn't see the media and politician's acceptance of taking over a police station in Seattle. These people are much worse because they looked to take over where Nancy and Mitch work. When in reality both should've been villified the same way and the safety of Americans should be priority no matter where unrest is and who is causing it.

they want to keep dividing party vs party, race vs race, so they distract people from talking about rich vs poor.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner. Bringing it up as a talking point is acceptable. Doing something to fix the problem, that’s uncalled for.

Rich vs. poor is also something they divide on. It's a problem that nearly every politician is incredibly wealthy.

when people start paying attention to that things might actually change.

its one thing to be wealthy because people want to buy your product. its another thing to be wealthy because you changed the rules, cheat, get advantages, etc. its so virtually accepted that its just default life now

Those with power and influence make sure that people don't pay attention to this stuff. Everyone has their head buried in their phone or computer playing video games, Tik Tok, Snapchat, etc. It's all by design. Keep the sheep distracted and dumbed down.

Plus you have the media doing all the dirty work for those in power anyway. The averaged dumbed down American citizen gets his or her information from the mainstream media and forms opinions based off what they say.

This is absurd, i have been on record that our two party system is more problem than solution.

The loons against MSM continue to rise here. These are people that I question who ever read newspapers growing up. These are people that are questioning print publications that have been in business for a century plus. As for electronic media...FOX, Viacom, Comcast, ATT/WarnerMedia, Disney all longstanding entities in some form or fashion that have 3 decades to 8 decades in the industry.
If a great alternative was available it would be able to get deployed across distribution and be a competitor.

How many here were disparaging MSM when Berard Shaw was reporting on the Gulf War in winter 1991?

How many here were yelling fake news at Walter Cronkite eating their tv dinner that their mommy heated from for them during the Vietnam War on the premise that you came from a good nuclear family?

Still working on the answer to my question? LMAO....talk about absurd.
I will have a post in due time. I am currently going through the health care system as a patient with real potential issues for the first time since a surgery in 20 years so I have fresh perspective.

That you can’t distinguish between current MSM and the past is bizarre

Loons against the MSM? If I was running a media company raking in the money, I'd have 2 reporters on every story. One who leans left, one who leans right. People with a brain might say wow neither side is being left out of the interview. It's disgusting how FOX can show one side of the story and MSNBC and CNN show the exact opposite of the same story. Again this weekend it was disgusting watching 60 minutes and listening to the lady from Michigan talk about how these people saw the attack on the Michigan capital and saw it as ok so that inspired them to attack the Capitol. If there was a right leaning reporter on the story as well, he or she would've interjected and asked the question, Ma'am do you believe these same people saw a police station get taken over in Seattle and saw our politicians said it was ok? Instead that question gets ignored and people grow in hate because the media isn't acting down the middle or they believe the only instance of violence that motivated these people was the Michigan capital incident.

2 reporters on each story so people can have confidence they're getting the real story. Problem with it is would Nancy or Mitch take an interview that has questions coming from both sides of the aisle? If the answer is no, what does that really say?

Me personally when available I turn on CNN midday or so, I like watching Brianna or Brooke. I used to watch MSNBC 10 to 15 years ago sometimes Chris Matthews. I do watch CNN original series. I dont watch FNC. I watch the CBS evening news sometimes and PBS News Hour.

I treat the media like commercials and advertisements, rarely am I influenced.

I read the NY Daily News, NY Post, APP.

Sure, hasn't stopped you from posting non-stop tweets. Just another lame excuse.

For a guy that supposedly knows the media, he swung and missed on this one. Everyone knows how money and ratings has totally corrupted the MSM. His choices of what he views just indicates his preferred echo chamber.

Let’s compare Cronkite, Maddow and Hannity.

Or Johnny and Colbert

Clueless

I guess you will also be against Bill Gates since its MS NBC.

Are you also the person that criticizes hosts and anchor for switching networks when their deals are up for chances at more financial security?

Also, my question to the GOP why would you ever entertain fulfilling an interview request with CNN/MSNBC or other FCC corrupt entities?

What a true asshat we have here.
Coming from the guy whose quote at the bottom is "To avoid criticism, say nothing, do nothing and be nothing. And that's not the way I live my life" really makes me laugh. I'm not sure any poster here knows your thoughts outside of someone else's tweets.

None of that response makes any sense, but continue on. You're on a roll.

I did read newspapers growing up. The garbage you see today in MSM is nothing what it was like 20+ years ago. The landscape has changed dramatically in the last two decades.

I wasn't around for Walter Cronkite but from what I know about him, he was the gold standard. He is rolling over in his grave when he looks at MSM today.
