They are finally getting it re Isaiah

Sounds like it comes down to these last few games. The only way it doesn't go to Dunn is if they don't make the tourney and he doesn't get back to his level of play.

Dunn won the first half of the year by alot but he isn't playing at that level lately.

Shouldn't BE POY go to someone who not only had great divide all year, but really was a key to a successful team season. Trying to be objective as possible, with the was PC has fallen I just can't see a player there getting the award. But have a great individual year, be one of the major keys in turning a program around and going from a preseason pick of 7-8 in BE to #3 and making the tournament for first time ( God willing) in 10 years - that's a real POY in my book and has the complete resume to support it.

POY should be not only a very good player but that he makes he others better around him. They really should come from a winning team that should be tourney bound.

I was watching the Monmouth-Rider game on tv last night and the commentator stated that the reason Ben Simmons, who has has a phenomenal year, will not receive player of the year in all of college basketball is because his team is not doing well and won't make the tourney.

If the Big East season started about 7 games or so ago Whitehead would be a near lock. But unfortunately that's not the case. So as we go down the stretch I see it as

1. Hart
2. Bentil
3. Dunn
4. Whitehead

I would guess the coaches see it as

1. Dunn
2. Hart
3. Whitehead
4. Bentil

I'm assuming the Arch will find a way on a first team. That POY thing with him last year was total BS. He means a lot to Nova but there's no way that kid is a POY.
