Just go to any school, town, city, or county board meeting and during the agenda item called "Citizens Input" you will get a string of wack jobs that come to the podium for their 5 minutes of fame.
I endured Carol Loomis for 3 years every two weeks as she ranted about the mistreatment of animals at the County Zoo.
The board's response was always the same, "Thank you for your input".
I have since use that line many times. Quite effective at times.
