A message was sent to the Democratic Party yesterday. Murphy is going to win, but it’s going to be interesting to see how he governs. Murphy is a good soldier and does what he is told. Will be there be mandates, school closings, critical race theory, etc. If those things happen, the senate seat could be in play. Or will the message from up top tell Murphy stay in the middle and don’t think of going far left on anything.

If you look at the VA polls, education was the big swing factor for the white suburban voter that has kids, who voted for McAuliffe four years ago and then Biden last year.
McAuliffe screwed the pooch when he suggested that parents should not have input on curriculum and threw his support totally behind teachers and the union. CRT is another dumb term (like defunding the police) that voters rejected. Tough night for the progressives. Solo must be throwing a tantrum this morning.
Do you have kids, nieces, or nephews in K-12? Even if you don't you can see Catholic schools are thriving because enough parents had enough of the BS. I was sitting in the barber chair, talking to my barber (who is 100% hispanic), he tells me his 7 year old was learning about racism and the civil war. He went into the school and said they're 7. They don't know the 1st thing about racism. Racism is an idea and it's taught. And you're teaching my kid about racism and I don't like it.

But they are probably mothers that know something about raising their children. I would never look down on someone who chose to be a stay-at-home parent.
Check your math as well...those "un-educated" women were Republicans, Democrats and Independents. Are you upset that the family unit has spoken?

I graduated from public school system in suburban NJ...US History class taught how european founding fathers of our country treated indigenous people and those from latin america and africa for generations...this country had a civil war over whether dark skinned people could be owned by white people and that dark skinned people were not full valued citizens that is part of our country's history
As early as in second grade? Did they tell you Santa Claus wasn't real in 1st grade? Were you also taught to trust your teachers over your parents?

A stay at home mom has nothing to do with education level. My wife is a college grad that is staying home. Your post seems to imply that only uneducated people are stay at home moms.
Kniespolice makes a good point about stay at home moms and education.My wife is an RN who decided to stay home after our first child was born even though she was offered supervisory nursing positions after working only 3 years.
NYSG seems to look down on “uneducated”. Do they count less? Are they’re opinions and views not as valued?
