A bit late but...
1. You could argue the game was over when Bates had to sit early. Butler just isn't a very good team, and having their best player on the bench immediately put them in too deep of a hole to be competitive.
2. That said, we played a crisp game for the most part which is what you need to do in games you should win.
3. Sha finally seems to have figured out the right rotations for this group which I think contributed to point #2 and our recent better play overall.
4. Nice homecoming for the Davis brothers, especially Dre who was great off the bench. Hope his injury isn't serious since the rest of our bench (Jackson, Harris) offers little to nothing most games.
5. Thank you Tyrese for dunking the basketball with some force (a few times). It's been painful watching how much our bigs get stuffed at the rim the past few years, often vs. smaller players. Seems like Sha (and probably KC) is toughening these guys up a bit.
6. It is so sad that it basically took until February to get our walk-ons names on the back of their jerseys. But what do you expect from an athletic department that can't even correctly release a video of a proposed practice facility?
7. Wednesday in Queens is huge if we want to think about dancing again. No excuses against a team that is 3-7 in conference.
