I haven't paid enough attention to his defense this season, perhaps someone can provide insight.
I look at this kid and see one hell of an athletic specimen and think that he deserves more time. He seems to have a high basketball IQ and has a great shooters touch. This past game he played 18 minutes and only took 3 shots (1-3), but was 5 for 5 from the line. He's averaging 18 minutes, 7.2 PTS, 4 RBS. Shooting percentages are exceptional at 50% FG, 42% 3PT and 87% FT. When this kid is shooting, I'm confident in the outcome.
Is Tray the kid with untapped potential, or am I missing something?
