I'm planning on going to MSG on Sunday and could use some advice

1. Best place to get tickets?
2. Is there a section where all the SHU fans will be?

Got mine on StubHub a month ago. Sitting in 101. As the season has gotten even worse for SJU, I would imagine you could get tickets at a better price than I did.

If you have access to a shu student best bet is to have them get you a ticket for $5.

If not, try calling the shu ticket office to see if they are selling tickets to ensure you're sitting in the shu section. Or you can just pick up box office day of game.

I would just avoid buying off ticketmaster because of all the bogus surcharges.

Saw the $5 thing that is great. Also stubhub has $22 good seats. I would imagine day of this will go even further down

Personally I wouldn't use stub hub either...they have crazy surcharges too. Just went to the link u provided and stub hub was charging a 30% ticket fee.

This game is not going to sell out there is really no reason to pay the surcharge of ticketmaster or stub hub to pre order. Worst case scenario you buy at the ticket office day of.

Even with all of the fees, it's cheaper than paying face value at the box office day of.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't MSG in bed with Ticketmaster, so even if you buy at the arena, you are still on the hook for all the ways they've invented to pick your pockets, such as convenience charges, and all that other crap?

Absolutely if you can find someone on stub hub selling for less than face.

They very well might be. At MSG I've always used my old shu ID, or got tickets thru shu and avoided the fees.

I think you can get the corners and baseline seats for less than face value. The tickets in the middle 3 sections on both sidelines are above face.

there will be tickets for $2, $4, etc plus fees on sites like stubhub, vividseats, etc as the game approaches, if they aren't that low already. That place will be an absolute ghost town.

We use seatgeek (there are no surcharges). I just checked and there a lot of tickets in the $30 to $40 range. They also will notify you when prices begin to fall.
