Here's the official info regarding workouts over the spring/summer.

All D1 teams can workout after school is out. Depending when you start will affect what rules you have to follow.

Prior to August 1.

Teams can work out 8 hours a week with coaches present. 2 of those hours can be on the court and the remaining 6 hours dedicated to fitness and weight training.

You can do this for 10 weeks. But once you begin the weeks must be consecutive.

Starting August 1 there is a slight change. Now you can workout on the court for 4 hours with the remaining 4 hours in the weight and fitness room or the like.

Teams can play pick up games anytime they want but no coaches can be present.
